      <title>Migrating Nest Aware</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I apparently have a 1st generation nest account that uses my Gmail address. This account has no devices attached to it. I also have a 1st generation nest account that uses a different email.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;That account has my devices and my Nest Aware attached to it. I just bought a new camera and it has to use a Google account, but I cannot migrate my account that has everything attached to a Google account because it already exists.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a very similar problem. Trying to add a new camera to the existing Nest camera account and it just takes me in circles. Can’t move existing cameras to the “new” and add the new camera either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks,&amp;nbsp; but I called support.&amp;nbsp; After an hour and a half, I ended up removing all my devices from my original account and setting everything up again with my Gmail account. Then I canceled my existing subscription,&amp;nbsp; since it was an old account that would only support one camera, and bought a new subscription. Support's only other option was to create a new Gmail account and use it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
