Hello my bike was stolen last night and I subscribed to nest aware this morning now all the footage from last night is gone. Is there anyone to recover?

What kind of camera do you have? Is it battery or hardwired? If it’s the battery cam, I wonder if there’s a way to retrieve it from onboard storage?

In our experience, history is saved to Google Nest's servers and is available to us beginning with the start of a Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription. I don't know what happens to any history that was saved with a trial Nest Aware subscription prior to the start of a paid subscription. The new battery cameras and doorbells save events that occurred within the last 3 hours, even without a subscription, but I don't know what happens to any of those saved events when you start a paid subscription.
