      <description>&lt;P&gt;My video playback isn’t working on any devices. I phoned google nest yesterday and the lady said I needed to update the software. The only thing I can find &amp;nbsp;out about this is that updates on cameras are automatic and can’t be done manually. Frustrating!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m also unable to get video playback to work. I have a trial Nest Aware subscription, all my apps are updated to current, I’ve tried resetting my Nest doorbell (wired) as suggested in another thread. Nothing. Very frustrating!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;No need to start a new thread! I am sorry to hear that you are still having this issue as well. Right now, it looks to be a bug that some users are experiencing. Right now, I am afraid I do not have a resolution. However, I would suggest that you restart your cams if you haven't already, check out the internet speeds as well just to rule that out.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I thought I left a follow up, but I guess it didn’t post! I resolved my issue by upgrading to the paid version of Nest Aware. I believe the issue is that the video doesn’t work in the trial version. As soon as I upgraded, without changing anything else, it worked fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
