Hello,

I need to get footage from my nest doorbell from October2021. I have nestaware, but i am not sure how to obtain it. Is there a way to to just type in the date and year to get the footage?

I don't think any Nest Aware subscription gives you video history from 8 months ago. We have a Nest Aware Plus subscription ($120/year, up to 60 days of event video history and up to 10 days of 24/7 video history) and so as of today we can get events back to May 19 and 27/7 history back to July 8. A Nest Aware subscription ($60/year) gives you up to 30 days of event video history.

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I would love to help however I can. Unfortunately, your clips wouldn't be available unless you saved them at that time. Event History typically goes up to 30 days depending on which Nest Aware subscription you have.
