Nest mini volumn automatically turns down

I usually connect one of my phone to my google nest mini to play music or listen to anything, but after a certain time the volume of the nest mini automatically gets down to 50% or lower. I tried to reset it but didn't work.

I appreciate the info you've shared as well as the steps you tried. Could you please attach a short video clip of what's happening? Also, can you please provide the cast firmware version of your Goolge Nest Mini so we can check further.

To check which firmware version you're on, follow these steps:

Make sure your mobile device or tablet is linked to the same account as your speaker or display.
Open the Google Home app .
Touch and hold your device's tile.
At the top right, tap Settings Device information.
Under "Technical information," find Cast firmware: X.XXX.XXXXX.
