I can’t access immediate videos of recent activities

I need help in fixing an issue with wired doorbell that records and only shows still picture of the video recording that took. Is this a way for google to force a subscription? If so this is misleading and fraud.

What Brad is suggesting is to suscribe to the monthly paid service. That’s not a solution

Your Nest Hello doorbell(wired) is good for camera live viewing, however without an active Nest Aware subscription your camera can only record 3 hours of snapshots and basic motion detection. If you'd like to get the 24/7 video history and maximize its features you may sign up for your Nest Aware subscription.
