I'm sorry to know that you lost your video history after renewing your Nest Aware subscription. Let get this sorted — a few questions:

Were you on a free trial when you signed up for your paid Nest Aware subscription?

Was your subscription canceled because of a payment issue?

Did you sign up for a whole new subscription?
