I'm sorry to know that you got charged for $120 that you don't recognize. Let's check this out — a few questions: may I know the description of the charge? When was the date of the charge? Do you remember signing up for the new Nest Aware plus plan for 60 days of event recording and 10 days of 24/7 video recording?
