&lt;P&gt;Just a heads up that the Nest Aware premium care is only currently available for US customers. You can check this by looking at the help center page through a VPN.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As I'm a UK user I only see that section when using a US VPN.&lt;/P&gt;
