So, you can see your subscription here: https://store.google.com/subscriptions?hl=en-US and when you click on the subscription, the correct Google Nest "home" is specified? And when, in either the Google Nest app or the Google Home app in that same Google Nest "home", you select Settings and then Nest Aware, the subscription appears? And when, in the Google Home app, you select a camera in that Google Nest "home" and then select History, no history appears?

We do not have the option in the forums to make any changes to your nest aware subscription. However, here is a great link on how nest aware works and how to subscribe.
