Hi I have 2 nest camera iq both wires are splitting

Unfortunately, Google Nest does not sell spare parts (though they used to sell power cables for the IQ camera); they sometimes provide replacement parts if the camera is under the 1-year warranty. You could try cleaning off the wires and wrapping each wire (separately) with electrical tape and then with white duct tape over that.
