Nest Aware subscription

I purchased this to be able to see who comes and goes and to see what’s going on my street . My video history does not work, and or does not record most of the time. so I am not sure what the purpose is to pay for something that is not 100% functional. I have had it for almost a year now and it never works. Very frustrating

What you get depends on your subscription.

A Nest Aware subscription provides 30 days of event video history. An event must be detected by your camera.

A Nest Aware Plus subscription provides 10 days of 24/7 video history and 60 days of event video history.
