topic cannot login in Subscriptions and Services

This is Insane!!! I have tried a million ways to get a contact or any useful link to solve my login problem. I cannot reset my password and even if I tried to migrate to my gmail I cannot get a reset there. Customer service is the worst I have ever encountered on the internet!

Option 3 gives you the option of either chat or phone call, just fill in the first 2 steps, and Nest support will give you a ring.
