Hi Bajdman49,

I’m sorry for the delay. If you have a Nest Aware subscription. You can download your video or event recordings from your cloud storage.

Here’s how:

Go to https://goo.gle/2xYDHFv.
Under create a new export/archive, click select data to include the products were selected all by default. Click deselect all and scroll down and look for Nest.
Select advanced settings and select video history.
Scroll down, click next step.
Select create export/archive.
Confirm it is in-progress.
