Nest account and Google Home Account

I am so frustrated. Is there anyone I can call? I setup my nest thermostat - i downloaded the nest app and it said that when i scanned the qr code for the nest to setup using google home. I downloaded google home and now i want to add the nest thermostat (setup in google home) on my nest account So that i can connect it to my energy saving for texas and it is not letting me. I can't find Entry key. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.. Why don't you have customer service that i can call?

The Nest Learning Thermostat and Nest Thermostat E get installed in the Google Nest app and then should automatically appear in the Google Home app.

The Nest Thermostat gets installed in the Google Home app and does NOT appear in the Google Nest app.

You'll have to ask Google Nest why; I'm just another customer.
