I am trying to upgrade our Nest Aware Subscription so we can save info for 60 days and the link to upgrade opens a new page that only says this will take a moment.

Thanks for trying. Let’s check — quick questions: are you subscribing using a web browser or the Google Home app? Do you have an Android or iPhone?

Follow these steps to upgrade your Nest Aware subscription:

Open a chrome browser, go to > https://goo.gle/2wqvqdm.
Tap Account Summary > See subscription > select the Home location your Nest device or devices are linked to.
Click Manage Subscription > choose your plan > follow the instructions then complete the order.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once payment has been processed.
