      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've been using Nest at least 8 years Recently I purchased a year long subscription for Nest Aware and although I've paid for it, none of my devices are recording/ storing data. Please advise. I checked with the bank and the money was deducted on November&amp;nbsp; 16, 2022 for the amount of 63.00, which I only wanted to have the 30 day plan. Please correct this problem. There is no phone n&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
