Wired cameras keep turning off /going offline

We have three cameras.. two wired flood light cameras and a wired nest doorbell camera. The door bell and back floodlight camera keeps turning off automatically but the flood light camera above the garage stays on.

Unless your doorbell and back floodlight camera are both defective, a possible cause is a Wi-Fi issue, with signal strength, bandwidth, or Wi-Fi settings. Unfortunately, Google Nest does not publish any written guidelines about Wi-Fi settings that are problematic for Google Nest cameras and doorbells.

This can be a challenge. For example, on the thread below, one customer had to turn on Self Organizing Network and turn off Dynamic Frequency Selector on their router. Our Xfinity router does not either option, but regarding the first, we have our 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands set to the same SSID.

Thank you for your response we will tray and mess around and look into the WIFI settings. Do you think that getting the Google Wi-Fi will help?

We don't have Google Wi-Fi, but there seem to be a lot of posts in this forum from customers having issues with Google Wi-Fi.

Those were only examples of Wi-Fi settings that might be problematic; I have no idea whether they actually are, only that they made a difference for one customer.

It's too bad Google Nest does not provide specific documentation on Wi-Fi settings that are problematic, and why so many customers having Wi-Fi difficulties with their Google Nest cameras and doorbells have Google Wi-Fi .
