I’m trying to figure out how to subscribe my cameras it’s very difficult. I don’t know how there’s anyway I can contact a live person to talk to.

You can subscribe to Nest Aware by going to https://store.google.com/product/nest_aware

If you're prefer to speak to the Google Nest support team, go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help

Select "Nest Aware", type a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
Click "Other", then click "Next step" until you see the contact options.
Choose to get a call or call or chat with the team as available in your country.
