Hello!

My energy company has a time of day increased rate that I was able to select from the Nest Renew configuration

RTD1Residential - Time of Use - 2pm-10pm

The issue I am facing is that my thermostat is incorrectly saying that the schedule for the increased rate is from 8am-11pm instead of the above time. I have tried multiple resets but the issue is still the same. The thermostat is incorrectly trying to save energy during a much larger window.. Is there any way to fix this? It's correctly represented in the Nest Renew website, but the Nest thermostat isn't applying it correctly. Is it worth just scheduling the temperature around those times instead?
