Has your Nest Aware subscription or trial subscription expired? With the newer cameras and doorbells, you get video event history for the most recent 3 hours without a subscription:

@Johnny55, could you please provide the answer for the question above? Also, you either haven't signed up for Nest Aware or haven't paid your subscription on time, which results to this situation. If your camera is not properly turned on or linked to the internet, you won't be able to check your Nest history. Remember that how much history you will see also depends on the kind of subscription you chose.
