Google nest hub max is completely dead

Hi my google nest hub max has suddenly died and can not start. I have tried everything listed on google like 11 times start and reboot from account but nothing works. This morning took the power adaptor to check at jaycar where they confirmed the voltage is 24 but its reciving 23 , unfortunately they did not have the same pin which fit the hub max. If you can help and suggest the way to fix this. The nest software is up to date.
