Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I'd like to confirm, do you have other people linked to your Nest Camera? Do you have someone there in Australia? Kindly ask them what is the light status of it? In case you have someone there, tell them to restart your Nest Camera and Wi-Fi router and ask about the light status.
