Trouble cancelling after price increase

Hi. I've been trying to cancel my nest aware after the huge price increase. I have been getting this error all morning. Is this a know issue or do I need to keep trying?

On a side note... i can't believe the price is going up with literally no new added features anywhere. I'd be happy to stay at the same price.
