How to make a complaint?

Hello

Please can someone help me with how to make a formal complaint?

Nest has provided me with THE WORST service I have ever recieved and I want to speak to someone who can atleast bother themselves to pretend they care about me and my young family not having heating or water AGAIN. Its constant.

Are you located in North America or Europe? What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Also, do you see any message or code that appears on the thermostat as you call for your system to turn on?
