    <description>&lt;P&gt;For the last month my Nest system has not been connected to cellular backup.&amp;nbsp; A couple of weeks ago I spent over an hour on the phone with tech support and have been so frustrated and out of patience I couldn't face the subject.&amp;nbsp; Bottom line,&amp;nbsp; support insisted my hub isn't receiving a strong cell signal and that I should locate it near windows.&amp;nbsp; This in spite of the facts that this is my first cell issue after 6 or more years o service; the hub is located near the door through which we enter the house so we can turn it off before it goes off.&amp;nbsp; Surely, there are steps somewhere I can follow to reconnect?&amp;nbsp; Please help me!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
