Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, are you referring to the Nest Aware subscription? Do you have the 1st gen subscription? In case you do, kindly follow the steps below:

To upgrade to Nest Aware Plus:

Go to https://goo.gle/2QcwNC7.
Select Upgrade to Nest Aware Plus or tap the 3 vertical dots icon next to the subscription and then select Change your plan.
Select Nest Aware Plus.
Click or tap Next.
Review the subscription and click or tap Confirm Purchase.
