    <description>&lt;P&gt;Update:... Everything started working normally the following day.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I also saw my credit card get charged about the same time it all started working.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So despite the message you receive when you sign up, your subscription doesn't really start for 24-28 hours afterwards until they process the order.&amp;nbsp; Seems ridiculously long in these days of instant subscriptions.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Hope this helps others...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Long time Nest user...&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I had a lapse in subscription for several months during a transition to a new home.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Got things setup and successfully purchased the Nest Aware, but it doesn't seem to record with any of the cameras.... continues to want to sell me Nest Aware.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I see that is a common issue, but not seen a solution.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;good suggestion! &amp;nbsp; I just went in and looked and it is correct. &amp;nbsp;However, I now see a message under the subscription: &amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Subscription activation in progress, please allow 24 to 48 hours to complete .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;that is pretty frustrating. Given I got a message that said my subscription was now active and things would begin to work immediately. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
