I just got some lights that can be dimmed and can change color. I'm trying to set up a thing where I can have the lights turn on and off by dimming. As far as I can tell, the only options are too slow or too fast. Dimming and brightening seems to be either almost immediate (which runs the risk of giving me a headache or worsening a headache, which is why I want the dim feature) or take a minimum of 5 minutes, which is more time than I need.
