      <title>No power nest cam iq, on my third one.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased nest iq outdoor cam in 2020 and have had nothing but problems.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;During the first 2 years my cam was replaced twice luckily under warranty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now on 26th December 2023, same issue and getting&amp;nbsp; no power. Spoke to an advisor and been told its out of warranty and I will have to buy another cam.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3 faulty cams since 2020. Nothing but problems with this product, will not ever purchase a Google product again and will cancel my nest subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do not but poor poor quality, any ideas how to make a formal complaint.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/486535"&gt;@Kaz515&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have the Google Nest Outdoor Cameras (oldest is 4-1/2 years old), not the IQ version, but have you tried unplugging the power cord from the base of the camera and from the adapter a few times and checking for any signs of even slight corrosion, in case that's the cause for no power?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you've already contacted Support, I don't know how you would make a formal complaint.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have unplugged from the base and power cord a few times. Also tried reset and factory reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The past month power been going on/off intermittently. Since my last message the cam is back on. 9th time this month it has gone on and off. It will soon go off again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The cable looks good on both ends.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/486535"&gt;@Kaz515&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've seen many posts in this forum from customers reporting that, when there's a power outage, their 1st gen cameras do NOT automatically come back on when power is restored. &amp;nbsp;Instead, they have to unplug their cameras for a short time (say, a minute) and then plug them back in again, in order to get their cameras back online. &amp;nbsp;This happens to us as well. &amp;nbsp;Just last night, our garage GFCI tripped after two days of rain on our Christmas lights. &amp;nbsp;After resetting the GFCI, I had to unplug each of our Google Nest Outdoor Cameras, wait a minute, and then plug them back in again before they would come back on. &amp;nbsp;The same thing happens with power outages generally. &amp;nbsp;It's a real problem with customers who have cameras at remote locations.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
