Hello,

I installed several google nest batery cameras in my house, and purchased the NEST Aware subscription to be able to review past recordings. The problem is I am able to see my cameras via the google home app, but they are not listed in the Nest App, so I cannot review previous recoding's of the cameras. What can I do?

The newer, 2nd gen Google Nest cameras and doorbells released starting in Sept. 2021 (including the battery camera, battery doorbell, 2nd gen doorbell, and 2nd gen indoor camera) work only in the Google Home app, and NOT in the Google Nest app (as we discovered when we bought a battery camera--plugged in--in Sept. 2021. However, a Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription applies to all 1st gen and 2nd gen cameras and doorbells in the same Google Nest "home/structure". For 2nd gen cameras and doorbells, you access their video history in the Google Home app:
