Nest aware doesn’t work

My best aware doesn’t work, only gives me captures but not videos, live streaming works fine but I need it to record videos and me able to watch them. It is installed out of the USA El Salvador and I am using my google account to sign in . I have tried to change the account email for just the camera but I have no idea how to do that

please help

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I would love to look into this further for you but I need to ask you some questions.

Did you purchase your camera(s) outside of the USA? Or was it purchased in the USA?
Is your Google account associated with the same account that your cameras are connected too?
Do you have a strong internet connection to your camera?
Have you tried to restart your camera?

Hi Brad,

im having the same issue. Purchased Nest Aware but when I try to scroll thru previously recorded security feeds, most of the recordings are blank with only short video clips here and there.

i was trying to review a security incident but was not able to view it even though it was directly in front of one of the security cameras

I purchased all equipment in the US and have restarted everything

please provide guidance on troubleshooting
