Could you explain how the device does not connect?
- Is this physically? Through Bluetooth? Through WiFi?
What happens when you try to connect your Google Nest Mini to the power plug?
Are you receiving any error messages? If so, where and what does it say?
Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps? If so, what have you tried so far?
