I was told to send a photo of the wiring configuration on my thermostat to make sure it will be compatible with a Nest thermostat. I appreciate the help from the system experts.

Hi Brian27,

Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. It looks like you have a conventional system with common wire which is compatible with any Nest Thermostats. Ensure to not use any jumper wires. If you want to use the Nest Thermostat 2020 or Nest Thermostat E, just connect the red wire (power) to the R terminal. If you prefer to use the Nest Learning Thermostat, you can either connect the red wire (power) to the RC or RH terminal.
