Home/Away Assist - Activity History not working

Our Nest Thermostat's - Home/Away Assist - Activity History is not working. It is no longer showing any Activity in our cottage when we know there has been some. It just keep showing - No events.

I've searched on this Forum and see others have the same issue, but nothing has been resolved.

None of the settings have been changed, and it it used to work flawlessly. Not so much any more.

Mine hasn't been working for weeks now either. Reset the thermostat. All kinds of troubleshooting w wifi. Nothing.

Yes I tried them all and nothing worked to correct this ongoing issue.

Not too sure why I need to fill out a form. The Activity History is just not showing anything. For over a month now it just states - “No Events”. The sensor does show if someone is home, but nothing changes in the Activity History.

What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
Is the Nest thermostat newly installed?
