I took a picture of my wiring as part of step 2 in the set up. It said I have to post that picture to get feedback if my nest is compatible with my home. Please let me know if my nest will work.

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community Forum. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

Your current thermostat appears to be Nest-compatible. To confirm, could you tell me the terminal behind the blue wire? If this is a C terminal, your system is compatible. Also, the Nest Thermostats don't require a jumper wire, so you no longer need to connect them.
