You can. on nest sub base mounting plate

Red wire goes to R RC or RH

Blue wire to C

Green wire to G

yellow wire to Y

white to o/b

you still need to configure your nest.
Heat source Option should be heat pump

Heat type should be forced air and choose O option on good luck

Hi folks,

@DonK45, thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest in our Nest Thermostats. Fortunately, your thermostat wires are compatible with any of our Nest Thermostats and should be wired to the Nest Thermostat base as instructed above. Take note that the jumper wire that is connected from W to Y on your current thernostat is not needed. Also, here's a guide for the installation and setup of a Nest Thermostat.
