Thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest in our Nest Thermostats.

Please tell us how your thermostat wires are connected to your current thermostat, as it can't be clearly shown to us from here.

White wire to W

Yellow wire to Y

Red wore to RA

Red Jumper from RA to RC

Blue wire to G

Hi OJD,

Thanks for getting back to us. Your thermostat wires are compatible with any of our Nest Thermostats and should be wired to the Nest Thermostat base as follows:

White wire to W or W1
Yellow wire to Y or Y1
Red wire to R or RC or RH
Blue wire to G

Jumper wire is not needed for Nest Thermostats. Also, here's a guide for the installation and setup of a Nest Thermostat.
