Nest 3rd Generation Hot Water Control

Why is the hot water control not an option in Google Home or from IFTTT? I can see posts requesting this from as far back as 2021 and it seems ridiculous that hot water boost can not be activated from Home Controls, but heating can be. Surely this should be a priority on the software development side.

Hi @Daesmirdum! I understand that this is a feature you're interested in and I noted your feedback. Thank you! The main purpose of the thermostat is to control the heating and the hot water would be an extra feature. Please let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with.
