Nest thermostat delayed; has c wire and good voltage

I have a 3rd gen nest thermostat. Last night it started delaying for 3 minutes several times. It has a c wire and the voltage is 3.93. It’s always worked fine until last night. What’s going on?

Please gather your Nest Learning Thermostat's power readings under Settings > Technical Info > Power (Battery, VOC, VIN, and lIN).
