My heat link has just stopped working. Judging by comments it’s a common issue. Trying to order replacement without success, please can someone help.
no lights on it and nest thermostat loosing power and now offline. Power supply is fine

Yes it is a common issue with the Heat Links.

Before you go to far have you checked all the obvious, power supply, fuses, switches are on - blah blah???

You will be asked all that to start of with, but I would imagine it's the same component as hundreds of others.

One obvious question, how old is the unit and where did you buy it from?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the trouble this has caused you. Just to confirm, in what states are you located? Also, were you able to see the response above? Checking your power breakers for your Nest Thermostat or Heat Links and performing power cycling might help to isolate the issue.
