Wiring for Nest E

I have the following wires in my existing thermostat -

w2 - brown

g - green

w - orange

c - blue

y - yellow

r - red

my nest has the following -

i do have a heat pump. How do I correctly connect the wires?

You want to connect as follows on the nest

red to R

green to G

Orange to O/B

Blue to C

Yellow to Y1

no need to connect anything to W1 configure your nest to heat pump forced air & choose option O for reversing valve for now. Good luck.
