Verify Wiring Compatibility with NEST

I tried using the Google compatibility checker but it referred me to upload photo and get additional help. Below is the picture of my current wiring and need to know if it will work with the Nest thermostat.

You’d need the nest learning thermostat cause you have multiple heat & cooling stages. Good luck.
