Seems to be a known issue… Nest stops connecting to WiFi. Only 4 weeks old… not good

Mine worked for a year and just now fails to see my network

Reset router, reset nest but it does connect to the heat control via WiFi?

Hi both,

Have you seen a W5 error at any point?

Press the thermostat ring to open the Quick View menu.
Select Settings.
Turn the ring until Network appears. Do you see "Error – nest.com/w5" at all?
