HOT WATER STOPPED WORKING

My hot water has suddenly stopped working after about three years without a problem.

If I turn on the boost I hear a click and the moterised valve opens but the boiler and pump do not turn on.

The central heating still works fine.

Call a plumber - most issues have nothing to with Nest. It's more likely your boiler has a problem.

Your right, on checking it's the motorised valve not calling for heat, now as sorted

The fault was with the motorised valve not sending signal to pump and boiler, now sorted
