Hi, I’ve recently purchased a second thermostat to regulate the heat across our three story house. Im having issues setting up the second thermostat and getting it to connect the the heat-link.

More information than that required I'm afraid.

What's not connecting, wired, wirless, what have you tried, what is showing on the screen, any fault code etc, etc?

Big question, did you buy new or used? There is a reason I ask!

2. Is the display wired to the Heat Link or the display is set on a stand?
