System not compatible

The compatibility check says not compatible but it doesn’t really say why. Is it truly not compatible? Could an HVAC company make it compatible? Or will it work?

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest in our Nest Thermostats. Fortunately, your heating-only system thermostat wires are compatible with our Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation and Nest Thermostat E and should be wired to the Nest Thermostat as follows:

W wire to W or W!
RH wire to R or RH, disregarding the jumper wire as that is not needed.

Also, here's a guide for the installation and setup of a Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation and Nest Thermostat E.
