E194 error on Nest e controller

My furnace won't turn on. I am getting a E194 error. I have gone through the trouble shooting guide and it hasn't helped. Is there a phone # I can call to talk to someone in person?

Yikes! Let me take a look at this for you. A few questions:

What type of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system do you have?
What troubleshooting steps have you done before contacting Support?
When was the thermostat installed?
Who installed the thermostat?
Did the situation happen during the installation or after the installation?

Also, gather the power readings of your Nest Thermostat E's Battery, VOC, VIN, and lIN by going to it Settings > Technical Info > Power. But if you've made the decision to speak to a live person, you may contact our support by going to the Google Nest Contact Us page.
