H71 error but no blue light to reconnect

Please can someone help, I have a h71 error code, my heat like is only showing a yellow light even after resetting. My thermostat only shows error code with options of CHECK AGAIN, RESET PAIRING, REPLACE HEATLINK & TECH INFO. there’s no way I can reconnect it or return to home screen on the thermostat. Please help!

Have you pressed the heat link button for about 30 seconds, and hold until the blue light comes on as a pulsing light? Keep the button pressed until the light pulses, then release.

Hi, yeah I’ve done the step by step guide on the help centre. The yellow light pulses, goes of then comes back on yellow. I can’t get it to turn blue.

When you press the heat link button once as normal, do you get other lights come on?

When I press the heat link I can put the heating on manually. I just can’t get the little yellow light to turn blue. It was working fine until I connected the app on my phone to it.
