    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did a factory reset and the thermostat is stuck on "Continue setup in the Google Home App." Reinstalled the thermostat on the app and it still can't find it. I even reinstalled Google Home and tried to install it on the Nest App.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the thermostat is saying that error, you have&amp;nbsp;Nest Thermostat (2020 model), so you won't be able to add it to the Nest app. It must be setup and managed in the Google Home app.&amp;nbsp;What happens when you try setup in the Google Home app?&lt;/P&gt;
